The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by a busy shopping street where you can find everything you need for an extended stay. It is also conveniently close to the MetroBus station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provides great service, always ready to help and communicate in English. Plus, the breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day.
Some of the staff members, apart from the receptionist, may have difficulty speaking English.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a huge bed that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the amenities like air conditioning to the included breakfast, which was a great value for money. Lastly, the location near commercial areas was very convenient, although there was a steep hill to navigate.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Big, clean, modern room. Friendly, helpful staff - even with late check-in. Clear directions provided. Convenient luggage storage. Great location near hospitals and malls, with nice views of the snow.
